At QwikPick, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is missing parts or accessories

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or altered products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Personal care items or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Request Timeline

Return or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Share clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  4. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method when possible
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via mobile banking

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from QwikPick (wrong or defective product).
